Welcome to XORY (“X or Y”), a platform that allows users to create claims, duel each other, and resolve disputes through community voting.

By accessing or using xory.fun, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

XORY provides a platform where users create claims with other users, both sides may commit funds (e.g., SOL), one side may submit a claim of winning, and if disputed, the duel may be resolved through Public Court (community voting).

XORY does not act as a bookmaker, does not guarantee outcomes, and does not verify truthfulness of claims.

You are fully responsible for the claims you create, the accuracy of your statements, any evidence you upload, and your interactions with other users.

You agree not to submit false, misleading, or manipulated evidence, not to abuse or manipulate the voting system, and not to harass or harm other users.

Users may connect crypto wallets (e.g., Solana wallets). Funds may be locked in escrow during an active claim and distributed automatically based on the outcome.

XORY does not custody user funds directly, does not reverse outcomes once finalized, and is not responsible for wallet loss, hacks, or user errors. All blockchain transactions are final and irreversible.

If users disagree, the duel may become public and other users may vote on the outcome. The result is determined by majority vote.

You acknowledge that outcomes are based on community decisions, decisions may not reflect objective truth, and all results are final.

Users may upload text, images, and other supporting materials. By uploading content, you grant XORY a license to display, store, and share it (including in Public Court).

You must not upload illegal content, copyrighted material without permission, personal data of others without consent, or harmful or abusive material.

Users may appear anonymously in claims. Certain actions (e.g., voting) may require verification. You are responsible for how you present yourself.

XORY may include invite/referral systems and points or non-monetary rewards. These have no monetary value and may be changed or removed at any time.

You may not use bots or fake accounts, manipulate outcomes, exploit system vulnerabilities, engage in fraud or abuse, or attempt to reverse engineer the platform.

XORY is not a traditional gambling platform. It is a peer-to-peer duel, claim, and decision system. You are participating voluntarily in claim-based interactions.

XORY is provided "as is". We are not responsible for user disputes, financial losses, incorrect outcomes, or user-generated content. Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, abuse the system, or engage in harmful behavior.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
